Established in 2005, Agile Enterprise Solutions P/L (AES), located in Mulgrave, Victoria provides business solutions for small to medium sized enterprises across a wide range of industries.
We implement and support Microsoft Dynamics™- NAV (Navision) for a growing list of Australian companies as well as supporting our clients in the UK and USA.
Our international client sites exceed 150 users in size and their preference for dealing with AES is testament to the skills and experience our people bring to any Navision implementation.
What differentiates us in the marketplace is that we are arguably Australia's most experienced and successful implementer of Navision. We have been defining and implementing business solutions for an average of 23 years and have an average of 9 years experience with Navision.
Our expertise is recognised worldwide - by our clients and by Microsoft. We are regularly called upon to provide training and assistance to other implementers of Navision and their clients. In June 2007, our staff delivered technical training for Microsoft in the USA for "the best of the best" Navision implementers. Our collective experience extends to over 80 implementations of Navision in Australia and internationally. These implementations cover a diverse range of industries with user populations ranging from 5 to 250.
We are also recognised for adding further value through our consulting services, not just in business software, but in helping clients improve their business processes. AES also has a number of clients who want innovative reporting solutions that may or may not be based on Navision. We can offer solutions based on our expertise in SQL Reporting Services and/or SharePoint for these clients.
We constantly review our internal skills and undertake appropriate training to ensure we deliver optimum value to our clients. As part of our constant improvement process we also evaluate new offerings the marketplace that will add-value to our services.
Recognising the growing demand to reduce the toner, paper and environmental costs of printing in most organisations, in mid-2007 we added PretonSaver™ to our portfolio of solutions for our clients. PretonSaver™ allows organisations for the first time to implement through software a Print Policy Management strategy to deliver paper and ink savings as well as reduce their environmental impact.
By helping clients get the best possible value of our solutions through a carefully managed skills transfer process, we help clients better manage their data and information. Focussing on clients’ needs has rewarded us with many client advocates.
